Mark Saito was born and raised in Fresno California and graduated from Bullard High School. Following, he attended University of Southern California for his undergrad and attended University of Southern California for graduate school.

Mark has been in the commercial real estate business for nearly 45 years. In those years he has worked alongside Colliers, Tingey from 1980-1982, Grubb & Ellis from 1983-1990, Commercial Retail Associates from 1990-2008, then opened his own commercial real estate company, The Mark Saito Company in 2007 and has helped lead his team to the success of over $1 Billion in sales volume.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys duck hunting, fly-fishing, and golfing.

Patrick Monreal was born and raised in Fresno, California and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Fresno.

Patrick has partnered with The Saito Company for over a decade and now serves as President. Since then, he has established himself as a leading figure in the Central Valley. Successfully transacting over $1 Billion in sales volume. His comprehensive understanding of commercial transactions and deep commitment to his hometown have made him a trusted advisor for businesses and investors throughout the Central Valley.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two daughters, and extended family.

Kevin was born and raised in Fresno, California and completed his undergraduate degree at CSU Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy. He attended graduate school at San Diego State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016.

Kevin has joined forces with The Saito Company and now serves as an Executive Agent. Leveraging his medical background and comprehensive knowledge of the office sector, he has established himself as a trusted advisor throughout the Central Valley.

During his spare time, Kevin and his wife Chelsie love spending time with their two boys Jackson and Campbell. Together, they attend Via Church where they actively participate in life groups and volunteer opportunities.

Pavady was born and raised in the Central Valley and attended the Los Angeles Institute of Architecture & Design.

Pavady has built her career around a mission to seamlessly blend design principles with commercial real estate. She has collaborated with national companies on retail projects and worked with premier brokerages such as Compass Real Estate. Her knowledge and creative perspective have established her as a trusted advisor at The Saito Company. With this, she is able to guide clients with creative solutions and market expertise.

In her spare time, Pavady enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at the temple, and learning new recipes.
